Founded by Lindsay Temple, an experienced HR Executive, Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), and ICF-certified coach, Temple Leadership Consulting brings over 20 years of cross-functional expertise in HR, strategy, coaching, and organizational development.
Our team combines lived experience across unionized and non-unionized environments, public and private sectors, and nonprofit governance. Whether advising senior executives, designing leadership programs, or supporting HR transformation, we bring trusted expertise, practical insight, and a deep understanding of organizational and team dynamics.
